Jianglong Shipbuilding has launched the second patrol boat in a series ordered by the China Maritime Safety Administration (CMSA).
The all-steel vessel has a length of 47.4 metres and a beam of eight metres. It is designed to reach speeds of up to 17.5 knots.
The boat’s primary functions will include law enforcement patrols and maritime traffic monitoring and control in the waters of Fujian province.
