Guangdong builder launches new CMSA patrol vessel

Jianglong Shipbuilding launched a new maritime law enforcement vessel at its Guangdong province facilities on Friday, March 26.

Hai Xun 11108 will be operated by the Hainan province branch of the China Maritime Safety Administration (CMSA). Its area of operations will include the waters off the Hainan Free Trade Port.

The 33.2- by six-metre, steel-aluminium vessel will be powered by two main engines that will deliver a speed of 21.5 knots.
