Pakistan Navy commissions new survey vessel

The Pakistan Navy commissioned a new hydrographic survey vessel into service on Monday, November 4.

Built by Jiangsu Dajin Heavy Industry in China, Behr Masah has a length of 80 metres and a displacement of 3,000 tonnes.

The vessel is designed to undertake hydrographic, oceanographic, and geographical surveys as well as seafloor mapping.
