SeaBird acquires ex-Boa survey ship
SeaBird Exploration has completed the acquisition of a research/survey vessel formerly operated by Norway’s Boa Offshore.
The 80- by 21-metre Boa Thalassa was acquired for a purchase price of NOK 92.5 million (US$10.65 million), SeaBird said in a statement.
The completion of the acquisition of sister vessel Boa Galatea is in progress and is expected to be completed by August 2019.
