Seabed Geosolutions secures OBN survey in Gulf of Mexico
Seabed Geosolutions has received a letter of intent for another 3D ocean bottom node (OBN) survey in an active area of the US Gulf of Mexico for a major energy company.
The project will use Hugin Explorer, which will be equipped with remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) for deploying the nodes.
The three-month-long survey will be performed in 2,000-metre water depths.
