Magseis Fairfield secures deepwater OBN monitor survey in US Gulf of Mexico
Magseis Fairfield has been awarded a deepwater ocean bottom node (OBN) monitor survey in the US Gulf of Mexico for an undisclosed client.
The survey is anticipated to start in the first quarter of 2021 and run for approximately three months.
The OBN study is for a repeat customer, with nodes to be deployed via remotely operated vehicle at depths of 1,000 to 1,900 metres.
