Jianglong Shipbuilding delivers survey vessel

China’s Jianglong Shipbuilding recently delivered a new survey vessel to the Shaoguan Waterway Affairs Centre of Guangdong province.

Guangdong Biao Xun 1509 has an LOA of 18.8 metres, a beam of 4.2 metres, and two main engines that deliver a speed of 20 knots.

In addition to performing surveys of Guangdong waterways, the vessel will also be used as a maintenance tender for servicing buoys and other navigation aids.
