Royal IHC lays keels of two CSDs for Suez Canal Authority

Royal IHC has laid the keels of two heavy-duty rock cutter suction dredgers (CSDs) in a series ordered by Egypt’s Suez Canal Authority (SCA).

The 29,190kW vessels will be named Mohab Mameesh and 26th of July.

Each CSD will have an LOA of 147.4 metres and a maximum dredging depth of 35 metres.
