Maintenance dredging approved at Kavkaz and Taman ports

FSUE Rosmorport has gained environmental approval for maintenance dredging at Kavkaz and Taman ports.

The 2017-2027 Kavkaz seaport project involves the annual excavation of 196,150 cubic metres to maintain the required depth over 345,945 square metres in the water port and the Azov-Black Sea canal. 

The Taman seaport works allow for the annual removal of 114,000 cubic metres over 1,079,572.89 square metres at the approach canal of Taman oil terminal and Taman LPG base.

The work also covers Berth 5 and 6 at the port.
