Lotos Shipyard lays keels of two new dredgers
Russia’s Lotos Shipyard has laid the keels of two Project 93.159 self-propelled dredgers ordered by local operator State Transport Leasing Company.
The vessels are the first two of four bucket-wheel dredgers designed by Netherlands-based Royal IHC.
Each dredger will have a length of 50 metres, a beam of 11.88 metres, a draught of 1.3 metres, and a maximum dredging depth of 10 metres.
