Who’s Who: Maritime Movements for September/October 2021

WORK BOAT WORLD:

Subsea 7 has confirmed that Ricardo Rosa, CFO, will retire from his position at the end of December 2021 and will be succeeded from January 1, 2022 by Mark Foley.

Foley joins Subsea 7 from Petrofac where he held the position of Group Financial Controller and SVP Finance for the Engineering and Construction business unit. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2017, he was Group Controller at Subsea 7, and held previous roles at Baker Hughes, Royal Dutch Shell and National Power.

Subsea 7 has also unveiled the proposed executive team for Seaway 7 ASA, the company resulting from the planned combination of its renewables business unit with Norway’s Offshore Heavy Transport (OHT).

Seaway 7 will be managed by an experienced executive team led by Stuart Fitzgerald as Chief Executive Officer.

Both companies have confirmed the following appointments, who will report to Fitzgerald:

  • Torgeir E. Ramstad, EVP Vessels and Offshore Resources
  • Steph McNeill, Chief Operating Officer
  • Harke Jan Meek, Chief Commercial Officer
  • Mark Hodgkinson, Chief Financial Officer

German shipyard MV Werften has appointed Colin Au (Group President and Deputy CEO of Genting Hong Kong), Gustaf Grönberg (EVP of Marine Operations and Newbuilding), and Peter Andersson (COO), and Carsten J. Haake as its new managing directors. Haake has also been appointed group CEO.

The company said all five new managing directors have been heavily involved in the construction of new ships over the past five years.

MV Werften has also created a new supervisory board that includes Joachim Hagemann as Chairman, Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay (Chairman and Chief Executive Genting Hong Kong), Chris Chan (CFO Genting Hong Kong), and Mona Lai (General Counsel Genting Hong Kong).


Kris Neff

Brunswick Corporation has confirmed that Kris Neff has been named President, Boston Whaler and Nick Stickler has been appointed Vice President of Category Management and Strategic Planning at Mercury Marine.

Neff joined Brunswick in 2005. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Category Management and Strategic Planning at Mercury Marine.

Stickler also joined the company in 2005 and has held multiple leadership positions including President of Fort Wayne Operations where he ran both the Harris and Cypress Cay businesses and most recently as President of Boston Whaler.

Neff holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a master’s degree in Engineering, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Neff started his career with Ford Motor Company as a Manufacturing Engineer before joining Brunswick in 2005.

Stickler holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Automotive Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Stickler also started his career with Ford Motor Company as a Powertrain Design Engineer before joining Brunswick in 2005.


Eidesvik Offshore chief commercial officer Gitte Gard Talmo has been selected to become the company’s new President and CEO, replacing Jan Fredrik Meling, who will retire on December 31, 2021.

Talmo had served in various positions in Eidesvik for 19 years. She has been serving as CCO since 2015.


Simon Roberts, former Williams Racing Managing Director and Team Principal, has joined marine engineering company BAR Technologies as Chief Operating Officer. Roberts will work alongside the BAR senior leadership team of Chief Executive, John Cooper, Chief Technical Officer, Simon Schofield and Head of Engineering, Lauren Eatwell.

After 17 years at McLaren as Operations Director and COO, Roberts moved most recently to Williams F1, as Managing Director and Team Principal. At BAR, he will provide support across the company’s new technology offerings in sectors including commercial workboat operations, leisure marine, and special projects.


The Austal USA Board of Directors has appointed Rusty Murdaugh as President of Austal USA, effective September 9, 2021.

Murdaugh joined Austal USA in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer, and has been serving as interim President of the Company since February 2021. As interim president, Murdaugh led the addition of steel shipbuilding to the Austal USA manufacturing operations and the company’s facility expansion in Mobile by acquiring additional waterfront and services capability on the Mobile River.

Before joining Austal, Murdaugh held leadership positions with Esterline Corporation, Avnet, United Technologies (formerly Goodrich), and Honeywell.


Osman Munir, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of the KOTUG Group, has been promoted to Vice President of the group as of September 1, 2021.

In his new role as Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Munir will continue working alongside Ard-Jan Kooren, group President and CEO.

Munir has been working at KOTUG since June 2007. During his 14 years with the company, he held numerous positions including Group Controller and later as Manager Project Department, Director Business Development, Terminals and Joint Venture Companies of KOTUG. As of January 1, 2017, he joined the KOTUG Board as CCO.


Sture Myrmell

Carnival UK, whose P&O Cruises UK and Cunard cruise line brands are part of Carnival Corporation, has named Sture Myrmell as its new president, effective October 18, transitioning from his role as president of P&O Cruises Australia and president of Carnival Australia.

Myrmell, who will be based in Southampton, England, will also serve temporarily as president of Cunard during the recruitment for that position. He will report directly to Josh Weinstein, chief operations officer for Carnival Corporation, who also has responsibility for Carnival UK.

As interim president of Cunard, he will directly oversee Cunard’s operations and its three ships.

With over 20 years of experience with Carnival Corporation, Myrmell has served in multiple positions across the Princess Cruises, Cunard, Seabourn and P&O Australia brands. In his new role with Carnival UK, Myrmell replaces Simon Palethorpe, who will be leaving the company at the end of November after six years.

Effective January 10, 2022, Marguerite Fitzgerald, most recently serving as the lead for Boston Consulting Group’s (BCG) global lodging and leisure practice, as well as its global strategy business, will assume Myrmell’s prior position serving a dual role as president of P&O Cruises Australia and Carnival Australia. Fitzgerald will be based in Sydney and report directly to Jan Swartz, group president, Holland America Group, who also has responsibility for Carnival Australia.

Carnival Corporation meanwhile recently named John Padgett as president of Princess Cruises.

Padgett will oversee all performance and operational functions of Princess Cruises and its global fleet of 14 ships. He will report directly to Jan Swartz, group president of Holland America Group, which includes the company’s Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn and P&O Cruises Australia brands.

Since July 2014, Padgett has served as chief experience and innovation officer for Carnival Corporation, responsible for guest experience innovation, development, creation and operations integration. In this role, he helped transform the approach to creating differentiated guest experiences based on personal interactions and tailored to the interests and preferences of individual guests.

Prior to becoming chief experience and innovation officer for Carnival Corporation, Padgett worked for 18 years with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts where he spearheaded the invention, development and implementation of guest engagement innovations.

Padgett earned a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech and holds over two dozen patents and multiple innovation awards.


Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company (GLDD) has appointed Scott Kornblau as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

In his role, Kornblau will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations including investor relations and strategic and profitable growth opportunities, while managing various accounting functions and information technology. Based in Houston, he will serve on the company’s executive team and report to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Lasse Petterson.

Kornblau succeeds Mark Marinko who has left the company.

Prior to joining GLDD, Kornblau held various finance and leadership positions at Diamond Offshore Drilling, and most recently served Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.


Anthony Hamilton

Thordon Bearings has appointed Anthony Hamilton as its new Technical Director.

Reporting directly to CEO Anna Galoni, Hamilton will lead the Burlington-headquartered company’s engineering, CAD, and New Product Development teams.

After graduating from Ireland’s Munster Technological University in 1985 with a degree in marine engineering, Hamilton served on tankers and bulk carriers before taking engineering roles ashore. After moving to Canada and completing a Masters in Design and Manufacturing Engineering at McMaster University, he spent 10 years at Siemens in Hamilton, Ontario, then worked in the nuclear industry with Atomic Energy of Canada and Kinectrics.

Hamilton subsequently established the engineering consultancy Sthenos Consulting, working with clients that included the Royal Canadian Navy and Irving Shipbuilding.

Michael Skrzypczak

In addition to Hamilton’s appointment, Michael Skrzypczak has been selected to oversee Thordon’s Global Service and Support (GSS) division, as part of the company-wide restructure.

For more than 20 years, Skrzypczak has been visiting Thordon Bearings as Lloyd’s Register’s Senior Surveyor in the Ontario region. Prior to joining Lloyd’s Register, he worked as a naval architect, with management positions at Marine Atlantic, MIL Davie Shipyard and German and Milne, the oldest naval architectural firm in Canada.

An internal reorganisation has seen the promotion of Jeffrey Butt to Business Development Manager – Navy and Coast Guard; Jason Perry to Regional Manager – North America; Yves Silva to Regional Manager – LATAM; as well as the appointment of Danny Caffa to Business Development Manager – Marine (EMEA); and Heiko Pohland to Business Development Manager – Marine (Asia/Pacific).


Inmarsat has confirmed that Ben Palmer OBE will be joining the company as President of its Maritime Business Unit on November 8, 2021.

Most recently head of Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems division across Europe, Palmer brings 25 years’ experience working in various industries, including maritime.


With effect from 1 November, Jeroen Heesters will be the new Managing Director of Damen Shiprepair and Conversion, one of the seven divisions of the Damen Shipyards Group. With Finance Director Eric Snoeren, who joined the division on October 1, Heesters will make up the management team.

Jeroen Heesters

After graduating in mechanical engineering, Heesters worked in the oil and gas industry. In 2008, he moved to Damen Shipyards Group, where he worked for Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam and Damen Shiprepair Vlissingen, among others. From 2017 onwards, he was the Group Commercial Director for the entire Damen Shiprepair & Conversion division.

Eric Snoeren

Snoeren studied econometrics and business economics at Tilburg University, where he also obtained his Postdoctoral Accountancy (RA) degree. He started his career at KPMG Accountants and worked later in financial positions at AVR Bedrijven, VODW and Ricoh Europe. From 2013 onwards, he was the Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of payroll organisation Payper.

Heesters and Snoeren will succeed Ton Remmelzwaan and John-Harold Every, respectively.


Greg Lennon

The American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) has appointed Greg Lennon as Vice President of Global Offshore Wind.

Lennon has more than 20 years’ energy industry experience with numerous global energy companies, most recently with Mitsui and Co, where he created new business for their Energy and Infrastructure Division, covering offshore wind. Prior to Mitsui, he was with the Power Authority of New York, NRG Energy, Engie (formerly International Power) and Avista Corporation.

Lennon has worked in various energy markets across the US and Canada, creating global strategic partnerships for renewable generation sources and infrastructure. He holds a degree from Saint Anselm College as well as an MA and MBA from Boston College.

Bruce Baffer

ABS has also appointed Bruce Baffer as Senior Vice President of Global Government.

Baffer joins ABS from Fincantieri Marinette Marine, where he led design teams on the US Navy’s Large Unmanned Surface Vessel and Light Amphibious Warship Programs as well as the US Coast Guard’s Offshore Patrol Cutter and Polar Security Cutter Industry Studies.

Previously he served the US Coast Guard, retiring at the rank of Rear Admiral as the Chief Engineer following tours as the Assistant Commandant for Acquisitions and Program Executive Officer, where he was responsible for all Coast Guard shipbuilding programs.


Miclyn Express Offshore (MEO) has named Darren Ang as its new CEO replacing Diederik DeBoer.

Prior to taking on as CEO, Ang served as deputy CEO until June 2021. His other prior assignments with MEO include postings as COO from September 2007 to November 2016 and then chief marketing officer up to March 2019.

Ang previously worked as an assistant engineer at A.P. Moller, a petroleum surveyor at DNV, and a marine consultant at Bureau Veritas. He also worked at SvitzerWijsmuller from 1999 and then joined Express Offshore Transport, a predecessor entity of MEO, in 2005.


Puget Sound Pilots has selected Charles Costanzo to be the company’s new executive director.

Costanzo’s prior work experience included time as general counsel and vice president – Pacific region with American Waterways Operators. He is a law degree holder from the University of Connecticut School of Law and has a bachelor’s degree in history from Colby College, Maine.


Jumbo Shipping COO Wout Janssens has been promoted to serve as the company’s newest CEO following the retirement of Michael Kahn, who spent 30 years in the latter position.

Janssens’ tenure COO lasted several years. His previous role will be taken over by Peter Breedeveld has filled the position of Jumbo’s new COO.

Kahn will meanwhile assume a new role as a supervisory board director of the company.


Karen Davis from US-based global oil and gas company ConocoPhillips will succeed Rob Drysdale as Managing Director of the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF). Davis will join the organisation on a three-year secondment from December 2021.

Davis is currently seconded to Qatargas Operating Company as a Senior Advisor in the North Field Expansion Project and is a member of the Marine Risk Quality and Projects team. She has been serving in this role since 2019.

Davis also served on the OCIMF’s Executive Committee from 2016 to 2019.

Earlier in her career, Davis spent 15 years at sea, working up from third mate to master aboard supertankers carrying crude oil and clean products with ARCO Marine and ConocoPhillips Polar Tankers. In 2001, she joined ConocoPhillips’ shore-based operations team holding several positions including Operations Compliance Director, Marine Superintendent and Director of Operations before becoming Manager, Global Marine Assurance.


SHIP WORLD:

Associated British Ports (ABP) has appointed Chris Durrant to the role of Terminal Manager for the Hams Hall region.

Durrant brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in container operation to this senior role, having previously worked for the Port of Felixstowe in senior operations and rail roles for over 16 years.


The Long Beach Board of Harbor Commissioners has selected two leaders in the Commercial Operations Bureau at the Port of Long Beach.

Samantha Galltin

Samantha Galltin was appointed Managing Director of the Commercial Operations Bureau, comprising the Business Development, Tenant Services and Operations, and Security Services divisions. She replaces Kenneth W. Duncan, who left the Port earlier in 2021.

Galltin joined the Port as Assistant Director of Business Development in November 2020 following a 13-year career at BNSF Railway. Her last position at BNSF was Director of Port Business Development, Pacific Southwest and Gulf. During her time at the railroad, Galltin also held positions as Manager of Industrial Products Sales, Manager of Customer Integration and Trainmaster. She earned a master’s degree in global supply chain management from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Villanova University.

Carlo Luzzi

Carlo Luzzi, who has served the port for more than 30 years, was appointed Acting Director of Tenant Services and Operations. He replaces Glenn Farren, who left the [ort earlier this month.

Since 2014, Luzzi has served as Manager of Intermodal Operations. In this role he has oversight of truck, marine terminal and railroad operations. Previously, he was Manager of Rail Transportation and a Civil Engineer Assistant and Associate. He joined the Port in 1988 as an intern.

Luzzi has a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, both from Cal State Long Beach.


Crowley Maritime Corporation has confirmed the appointment of Massimo Messina as vice president, mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Messina will lead Crowley’s corporate expansion goals by identifying and assessing potential M&A candidates and execute transactions that align with the global enterprise’s future growth projection and endeavours across all business units.

Messina brings to Crowley more than 25 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory and investment banking, advising publicly traded and privately held corporate clients on the valuation and structuring of complex merger and acquisition transactions. Throughout his career, he has helped to build investment banking practices for firms like PwC, Grant Thornton, and Duff and Phelps.

Messina also has broad transactional experience with firms such as Credit Suisse First Boston and Houlihan Lokey.


Xeneta, the  ocean and air freight rate benchmarking, market analytics platform and container shipping index, has appointed Peter Sand as Chief Analyst. He is set to begin his role on November 1.

Sand joins Xeneta after over a decade at BIMCO, where he was responsible for analysing commercial markets based on the global economic situation and its influence on trade. Prior to Sand’s Chief Shipping Analyst role at BIMCO, he worked with Danish shipping company NORDEN as a Senior Analyst. Throughout his career, Sand has been regarded for his widely read articles and industry insights, as well as his regular appearances on global news networks such as CNN, BBC, CNBC and Bloomberg.

Sand holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Copenhagen. As Chief Analyst, he will be responsible for delivering expert insights to strengthen Xeneta’s state-of-the-art intelligence software for both ocean container and air freight.

Petrobras has confirmed that the Board of Directors of its petroleum transport subsidiary Petrobras Transporte (Transpetro) has nominated Service Director Luiz Eduardo Valente, to take over as CEO of the company following the resignation of Gustavo Santos Raposo.

Valente has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a post-graduate degree in Oil Processing Engineering from UFRJ. He has an Executive MBA degree from Coppead (UFRJ).

Valente started his career at Petrobras in 1980, where he was General Manager of the Presidente Getúlio Vargas Refinery (Repar/PR), Refining and Supply Technology (Edise/RJ), the Henrique Lage Refinery (Revap/SP) and the Nitrogen Fertiliser of Bahia factory (Fafen-BA). He was also Executive Manager for Gas-Chemistry and Liquefaction in the Gas and Energy Section, Executive Manager of Corporate HSE, and Executive Manager of the Industrial area.

At Braskem, in which Petrobras is a shareholder, he was Project Director of the Comperj Phase II Project and Vice-President of Investment and Digital Technologies.


Sterling Plan B (SPBES) has appointed long-time inland waterways shipping consultant Leen Schipper to the position of Vice President, Inland Waterways Europe.

Schipper, who is Dutch, has an abundance of knowledge regarding inland waterway shipping in the Netherlands and in Europe as his family has worked in the field for generations. In fact, Schipper was raised on his family’s inland vessel and has owned barges himself in the past.

Schipper has also designed and built two “near to zero” energy containers that are currently running on bio-gas.


The JAXPORT Board of Directors recently selected new officers, unanimously electing financial services executive Wendy Hamilton as Chair.

Hamilton is a certified financial planner with more than 25 years of financial service and asset management experience.


The International Transport Intermediaries Club (ITIC) has appointed Tom Irving as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He is taking over from ITIC’s long serving Stuart Munro, who is retiring on November 1, 2021.

Irving’s career at ITIC began over 10 years ago, joining the Thomas Miller Sydney Office in 2007 after graduating from Victoria University, New Zealand, with a degree in Law and Arts. During the beginning of his career at ITIC, Irving spent three years handling a range of property and liability claims for the TT Club’s Australasian members, as well as handling claims for ITIC and the UK P&I Club as a correspondent.

In 2011, Irving joined ITIC as an Account Executive, becoming ITIC’s General Manager and CEO, in 2016 and 2021, respectively. He is also an Executive Director of ITIC.


Ports of Auckland’s board has elected Jan Dawson as its new Chair, following the retirement of previous chair Bill Osborne.

Dawson is a highly experienced director and chair, whose previous roles include being Chair of Westpac New Zealand and Deputy Chair of Air New Zealand. She is currently a director of Meridian Energy and AIG Insurance New Zealand.

Dawson is on the Council for the University of Auckland and the Capital Investment Committee of the Ministry of Health. She chairs the Audit Committee and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee for a number of these entities.

She was the Chair and Chief Executive for KPMG New Zealand for five years until 2011, following a career spanning 30 years specialising in audit and accounting services in the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand.

Her previous board appointments include Beca and Goodman Fielder.

The Ports of Auckland board has also appointed two new directors: Geoff Plunket and Stephen Reindler.

Plunket is currently a director of Z Energy and Steel and Tube and a previous director of Port of Napier, Meridian Energy and Worksafe NZ. He is the former CEO of Port Otago, with nearly 30 years of experience in senior roles in that company.

Plunket is a Professional Director and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the Institute of Directors. He worked for Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC) and KPMG, in Dunedin and Birmingham, UK through the 1980s before joining Port Otago in 1988, as Chief Financial Officer. He is currently Chair of Blis Technologies.

Reindler is a professional director and mechanical engineer with experience in heavy industry, large infrastructure, and workplace health and safety. He holds several directorships, including Z Energy, Steel and Tube Holdings, Christchurch Multi Use Arena Project Delivery, Broome International Airport Group, and is chair of Waste Disposal Services, Clearwater Construction and D&H Steel Construction.

Reindler also provides advisory services to AgResearch, Air New Zealand and Lincoln University on infrastructure builds. He was previously on the boards of Port of Napier, Meridian Energy, Naylor Love, the advisory boards of Transfield Services and Glidepath, and is a past President of the Institution of Professional Engineers NZ.


Béatrice Brun has been appointed as a member of the Executive Board of port community systems company MGI, joining Rémi Julien, Chairman of the Board, and Alain Perez, member of the board.

Brun joined MGI in 2001 as a general accountant. In 2009, she became the head of accounting. In 2018, she obtained her master’s in business management, strategy and finance from KEDGE Business School.

She is currently Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for MGI and statutory auditor for the France PCS consortium.


Lomar Shipping has appointed Peter Cotopoulis as its new Chartering Director. Cotopoulis, who first joined Lomar at its London headquarters as Chartering Executive in 2011, will also continue to head the company’s office in Singapore, where he has been based for the past six years.

Cotopoulis succeeds Simon Hollamby, who after nearly three decades at Lomar is taking a step back from the day-to-day fixing of vessels.

Cotopoulis, who is now managing a Lomar Chartering team based in London, Bremen and Singapore, began his career at Seabreeze UK in 2006, before moving to the broker Tollard Shipping, where he chartered many types of vessels for several Greek owners. He was appointed a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers in 2011.


John-Kaare Aune has been appointed Chief Executive Officer at the Wallem Group after a successful term as Interim CEO.

Having joined Wallem in 2019 as Managing Director, Shipmanagement, Aune took over as group CEO on an interim basis in January 2021 following the resignation of Frank Coles.

Before joining Wallem, Aune worked as Regional Director – Asia Pacific at the Cayman Registry. He had previously worked at the Norwegian Maritime Directorate. He is a naval architect and holds a degree from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.


Mingfa Liu has joined IMC Shipping as the Managing Director for Ship Services, based in Singapore.

In this senior role, Liu will oversee business strategy development in the areas of ship management, ship operations and technology centre services, as well as commercial business development.

Liu has more than 28 years of extensive international experience in general management, business development, ship management, ship operations, ship new building and maritime consultancy. He joins IMC from Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (China) where he was the managing director responsible for developing strategic objectives and ensuring efficiency and quality of Ship Management Center services.


FISHING BOAT WORLD:

Robert Ervik has taken over the position of Managing Director in Norwegian fishing company Ervik Havfiske after Geir Solvåg relinquishes the role to assume a new responsibility within the company.

Ervik has spent many years working with the company, beginning as a crewmember and then later becoming a training/operating assistant in 2015. In 2018, he became Operating Manager/Fleet Manager, which was his post at the time he was selected to become the new Managing Director.

Solvåg will now move to the position of senior consultant and board member in the company.


Geir Molvik will step down as CEO of the Cermaq Group and will hand over the role to Steven Rafferty effective March 2022.

Rafferty comes from the position as MD of Cermaq Chile where he started in 2019. Prior to joining Cermaq, he had various executive positions in different international aquaculture companies during the last 20 years, as well as CFO and COO in Cermaq Group earlier.

Rafferty will continue in his current role as MD in Cermaq Chile until his transfer to Norway and a replacement in Chile will be announced in due course.


Alan Tinch

The Center for Aquaculture Technologies (CAT) has welcomed Dr. Alan Tinch as Vice President of Genetics where he will lead a team of research scientists and breeding experts in the development and commercialisation of genome editing and other next-generation breeding technologies for use in aquaculture.

A graduate of the University of Edinburgh and Roslin Institute, Tinch brings more than three decades of experience in advanced animal genetics. He is an expert in developing and managing commercial breeding programs and research across both aquatic and terrestrial species with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

During his career, Tinch has held senior positions in Genetics and Technical Services in leading breeding companies including Benchmark Genetics and Hendrix Genetics. He also serves on the board of the Sustainable Aquaculture Innovation Centre (SAIC).


Aquaculture equipment supplier Ace Aquatec has appointed Duncan Montgomery as its first Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Montgomery has held several senior management positions with Ace Aquatec over 17 years, including most recently as Finance Director at Audley Travel, a private equity backed international travel business, and previously as Director in PwC’s Deals practice.
