Australia: A cargo ship that ran aground off the Queensland coast near Brisbane is being detained until it is inspected for damage and judged seaworthy.
The 217-metre Liberian-registered 'MSC Basel' struck a sandbank at about 9.30am local time on November 1.
The Singapore-bound ship was stuck for about three-and-a-half hours before refloating without assistance on a rising tide.
It remains under a detention order while a structural survey and incident investigations are completed.
