Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard has cut the first steel for seven new tugs for COSCO Shipping Bulk..The vessels will be the first seven in a planned series of eleven 2,684kW tugs..The tugs will be used to push cargo barges carrying bauxite in Equatorial Guinea.
