Svitzer acquires Port Towage Amsterdam

Svitzer has acquired Port Towage Amsterdam (PTA), a joint venture formed in 2014 between Svitzer and Iskes Towage and Salvage.

The acquisition will also include seven of Iskes' tugs.

Svitzer is expected to take complete ownership of PTA in January 2020.
