Italian builder CRN has handed over the superyacht Cerulean to her new owner following the completion of successful sea trials.
The one-off yacht was developed by a collaboration of CRN, Vripack, and Nauta. Vripack developed the yacht’s exterior design, preliminary naval architecture, and general arrangement, while Nauta was responsible for the interiors and the design of the outdoor living areas, "with a particular focus on comfort and spatial flow," according to CRN.
Y.CO, acting as the owner’s representative and project management team, provided technical expertise and oversight throughout the construction phases.
The vessel has an LOA of 70 metres, a beam of 11 metres, and a gross tonnage of 1,100. On four decks, she can accommodate 12 guests in the owner’s suite and five VIP cabins, as well as 15 crewmembers in nine crew cabins.
She is also equipped with an energy storage system, designed to manage onboard energy flows based on envisaged operations, capable of peak shaving and silent operation at anchor, contributing to a substantial reduction in fuel usage.
