GEAR | Decarbonisation to be highlighted at Get Set for Workboat 2050 in Rotterdam
A panel of industry specialists will be discussing the topic of decarbonisation in the next session of Get Set for Workboat 2050, taking place at the Wereldmuseum in Rotterdam on March 27, 2025.
Specialists in sustainability and clean maritime technology will outline the benefits and efficiencies that commercial marine businesses can gain from decarbonising their respective operations.
Held in partnership with the Workboat Akssociation and the Royal Association of Netherlands Shipowners (KVNR), Get Set for Workboat 2050 offers an opportunity for interested participants to meet and network with industry experts.
The programme will cover a selection of topics including opportunities for the workboat sector in decarbonising North Sea operations; future fuels and port infrastructure requirements; and zero-emission workboats and future skills for workforces.
The final session of the series will take place later this year at Seawork from June 10 to 12 in Southampton, UK.
