Greek shipowner Pyxis Tankers has completed its acquisition of an MR product tanker built in 2013 at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in South Korea.
The 46,652DWT vessel has been named Pyxis Karteria. It will be chartered in the spot market over the short term.
The delivery of Pyxis Karteria increases the current Pyxis fleet to six vessels.
