Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME) has won a US$273 million contract from Hunter Tankers of Norway to deliver three very large crude carriers (VLCCs).
Each VLCC will be 336 metres long and 60 metres wide.
The vessels, which are the eighth through tenth VLCCs Hunter Tankers has on order at DSME, are expected to be delivered by October 2020.
