LNG carrier operator TMS Cardiff Gas has entered into a vessel charter contract with energy and commodities company Vitol..The 174,000-cubic-metre vessel that will be used for the charter is being constructed at Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI)..The contract has a firm duration of 10 years.
