

Sea ports in China's southeastern Fujian province handled 3.2 million TEU during the first half of year, increasing 10.7 percent over the same period in the prior year.
The cumulated tonnage of cargo handled by these ports increased 14.5 percent to 150 million tonnes.
Meanwhile, Fuzhou port's container volume fell 10.7 percent to 555,330TEU while cargo tonnage surged 40.6 percent to 42.8 million tonnes.
Xiamen port's box throughput declined 14 percent to 2.1 million TEU and cargo tonnage rose 4.5 per cent to 49.8 million tonnes.
On the other hand, the Port of Quanzhou's cargo tonnage climbed 5.4 percent to 37.6 million tonnes.
