All very effectively indexed and cross referenced, this massive source of maritime information is quite easy to use, despite its forbidding dimensions.
The paper version is accompanied by a neat, simple CD which weighs about 0.0001 per cent of the printed version. It makes you wonder about the need to destroy so many trees.
Better again than last year's edition, this is state-of-the-art.
