Scorpio Bulkers has entered into an agreement to sell one of its vessels to an unaffiliated third party.
The object of the US$17.65 million sale is the Liberian-flagged Ultramax vessel SBI Phoebe, which was built in 2016.
The vessel will be delivered to its new owners in the first quarter of 2021.
