Scorpio Bulkers has entered into agreements with an unaffiliated third party to sell two of its dry bulk vessels.
The 2014-built SBI Puma and 2015-built SBI Cougar, which are both Ultramax vessels, have been sold for a total consideration of US$37.9 million.
Delivery of the vessels to the buyer is estimated to take place within October.
