Japanese shipyard Sasebo Heavy Industries has reportedly won two Kamsarmax bulker shipbuilding orders from different clients.
The vessels will be built for cargo liner First Steamship of Taiwan, as well as Japanese shipowner Asahi Kaiun.
The vessels will each have a deadweight tonnage of almost 85,000DWT and will be delivered in late 2016 and early 2017, respectively.
Both vessels will be constructed to an environmentally friendly "eco" design, with reduced fuel consumption and electronically controlled engines.
The vessels will be classed to ClassNK and flagged in Panama.
