NSC Schiffahrtsgesellschaft has refused to take delivery of a PCTC from Croatian builder, 3 Maj.
The Germany-based ship owner is arguing that there are technical problems with the PCTC.
NSC has not been able to find a charterer for the final of three 4,900-unit vessels.
NSC paid US$57 million per ship.
