Japanese yard delivers 80,000DWT bulker

Japan Marine United (JMU) recently delivered a new Panamax bulk carrier to an undisclosed owner.

Rubina has an LOA of 229 metres, a beam of 32.26 metres, a draught of 14.55 metres, and a deadweight of approximately 80,800 tonnes. A MAN B&W 6S60ME-C8.5-EGRBP diesel engine delivers a speed of 14.5 knots.

The vessel is NK-classed and will sail under the Panamanian flag.
