GreenCarrier International has acquired Hansa Seaways, a Finnish freight forwarder located in Helsinki.
On June 1, Hansa Seaways will be merged into GreenCarrier Finland to form one company, explained Staffan Kjellberg, Managing Director, GreenCarrier International.
Niklas Bärlund, currently the Managing Director of Hansa Seaways, will become the Managing Director of GreenCarrier Finland on June 1.
