BLRT Grupp completes cargo ship

Western Baltija Shipbuilding, a subsidiary of BLRT Grupp, has recently delivered the multi-purpose cargo ship 'Anetta'.

The vessel is the second turnkey delivery for the shipbuilder and was constructed for the transportation of bulk and bale cargo, timber, grain, steel coils, and a range of dangerous goods.

Designed by Western Baltic Engineering, the 'Anetta' measures 89.9 metres in length overall, with a width of 14.5 metres and a maximum draught of 5.77 metres.

Constructed under survey to Lloyd's Register, the vessel is capable of sailing at a top speed of 11.5 knots. The 4,600DWT vessel can accommodate 10 crew.

On board, the 'Anetta' has two cargo holds and 10 pontoon hatches, with each of the cargo holds capable of carrying up to 2,875m3 and equipped with a movable bulkhead.

Lastly, the vessel's cargo deck strength is 15T/m2.
