Torm orders two scrubber-fitted LR2 newbuildings from GSI

Torm has entered into an agreement to purchase two scrubber-fitted LR2 product tankers from China’s Guangzhou Shipyard International (GSI).

The vessels will be prepared for a potential later dual-fuel installation.

Torm expects the newbuildings to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2021.
