Thun Tankers takes delivery of second ship in series

Swedish operator Thun Tankers recently took delivery of a new product tanker from Dutch shipyard Ferus Smit.

Thun Britain is the second tanker in a series to be ordered by the same owner. Both the newbuild and earlier sister Thun Blyth will operate under a long-term charter with UK-based the Geos Group.

Thun Britain has an LOA of 79.9 metres, a beam of 15 metres, and eight cargo tanks with a total capacity of 5,000 cubic metres.
