Sinanju’s first dual-fuel bunker tanker officially named

An official naming ceremony was recently held for a new dual-fuel bunker tanker being built at China’s Keppel Nantong Shipyard.

Christened Marine Vicky, the BV-classed vessel will be operated by Singapore’s Sinanju Tankers Holdings to deliver marine fuels to ocean-going vessels within Singapore port limits.

The 7,990DWT vessel will be Sinanju’s first dual-fuel bunker tanker as well as the first bunker tanker in Singapore to run on LNG.

Marine Vicky has a length of 103 metres, a beam of 19 metres, and a 55-cubic-metre LNG fuel tank.
