SFL sells 2002-built VLCC

SFL Corporation has sold and delivered the 2002-built very large crude carrier (VLCC) Front Hakata to an unaffiliated third party.

The net cash proceeds to SFL was approximately US$30 million after a compensation to Frontline for the early termination of the vessel's current charter.

Front Hakata was the last vessel in the SFL fleet remaining from the company's inception in 2004.
