Samsung to build Suezmax shuttle tanker trio for Asian owner

Samsung Heavy Industries has been awarded a contract to build three Suezmax shuttle tankers for an unnamed Asian shipowner.

Delivery of all three vessels is expected to be completed by July 2022.

The contract has a total approximate value of ₩361 billion (US$300 million).
