Overseas Shipholding Group takes delivery of tanker barge

Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) took delivery of a new 204,000-barrel capacity oil and chemical tank barge on Friday, May 29.

Named OSG 204, the Greenbrier Marine-built barge is 177 metres long and is being paired with the tug OSG Endurance for operations in the Gulf of Mexico.

OSG 204 and OSG Endurance will sail under a one-year time charter with an unnamed client. The charter is set to commence late in the second quarter of 2020.
