Okskaya Sudoverf delivers second barge of Project ROB20

On May 31, 2018, Okskaya Sudoverf Shipyard delivered the second non-self-propelled tank barge of Project ROB20 to the PAO STLC.

Project ROB20’s non-self-propelled tank barges are intended for the transportation of petroleum products with a flashpoint of 61°C and above. The barges will be operated on the Belaya, Kama and Volga rivers.

The contract for construction of the barges was signed on October 31, 2017 with the keel of the second barge laid on November 30, 2017.

The barge’s length overall is just over 118 metres with a cargo capacity of 6.530m3.

The barge is the second in a line of 10 non-self-propelled tank barges being constructed under the leasing scheme.
