Odfjell takes delivery of second tanker in series from Chinese yard
Odfjell recently took delivery of the second of two chemical tankers in a series ordered from China’s Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding.
Bow Excellence has an LOA of 182.88 metres, a beam of 32.2 metres, a deadweight of 38,000 tonnes, a service speed of 14 knots, and 40 stainless steel cargo tanks.
The tanker is also the last to be delivered by Hudong Zhonghua to Odfjell under a six-vessel order that also includes four 49,000DWT newbuildings.
