JMU delivers Malacca Max VLCC to MOL subsidiary

Japan Marine United delivered a new VLCC to Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) subsidiary Phoenix Tankers on Wednesday, April 24.

The Malacca Max-type ship has been named Phoenix Jamnagar.

It has an LOA of 339.5 metres, a beam of 60 metres, a depth of 28.5 metres, a draught of 21.08 metres, a crew of 36, and a MAN B&W 7G80ME main engine delivering a speed of 15.5 knots.
