Taiwanese owner Wisdom Marine Lines has placed an order for a new LPG carrier to be constructed by Japan’s Murakami Hide Shipbuilding.

The ¥1.88 billion (US$17.9 million) vessel will have a total cargo capacity of 5,000 cubic metres.

The vessel will be the second LPG carrier to be built by the same shipyard for Wisdom Marine after the 2018-built Joseph Wisdom (pictured).
