South Korean yard wins orders for four LNG carriers
South Korea’s Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME) has been awarded newbuilding contracts for a total of four LNG carriers.
All four ships are scheduled to be delivered to various Asian shipowners by the second half of 2024.
Each LNG carrier will have a total cargo capacity of 174,000 cubic metres, a dual-fuel engine, and a cargo reliquefaction system.
