Maran Gas takes delivery of South Korean-built LNG carrier

Angelicoussis Shipping Group company Maran Gas Maritime recently took delivery of a new LNG carrier from South Korea’s Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME).

Isabella measures 295 by 46 metres and has a total cargo capacity of 174,000 cubic metres.

Power is provided by WinGD dual-fuel engines while a cargo reliquefaction system helps minimise the occurrence of gas boil-off.
