GasLog takes delivery of LNG carrier

Greek shipowner GasLog has taken delivery of a new LNG carrier from Samsung Heavy Industries.

Shortly after delivery, GasLog Galveston began serving a seven-year time charter with US-based Cheniere Energy Partners.

The tanker has a total cargo capacity of 174,000 cubic metres.
