DSME awarded LNG carrier newbuilding contracts
Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME) has won orders for three LNG carriers from Greek operator Maran Gas Maritime.
The vessels will each have a total cargo tank capacity of 174,000 cubic metres.
Delivery of the first vessel is scheduled for the first half of 2021 while the second and third vessels will be handed over by the second half.
