Avance Gas, DSME enter into contracts for two LPG dual fuel newbuildings

Avance Gas Holding has entered into shipbuilding contracts for two very large gas carriers (VLGCs) in a series with Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME)

The vessels will each have a cargo capacity of 91,000 cubic metres and LPG dual-fuel propulsion.

The VLGCs are scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022.
