Aegean Marine hit with class action lawsuit

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Aegean Marine Petroleum Network on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the company’s securities between April 28, 2016 and June 4, 2018

The lawsuit follows reports of US$200 million being written off by Aegean as assets “without economic substance”.

Shares of the company’s stock declined $2.15 per share, or over 75 per cent, to close on June 5, 2018 at $0.70 per share.
