DSME wins OSC order for VLCC pair

Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME) has received a firm order for two very large crude carriers (VLCCs) plus one option from Oman Shipping Company (OSC).

The two VLCCs from the firm order are scheduled to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2020.

Each VLCC will have a length of 336 metres, a width of 60 metres, and a displacement of 300,000 tonnes.
