Hyundai Heavy Industries to build shuttle tanker pair for KNOT

Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) has won an order for two shuttle tankers placed by Norwegian shipping company Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers (KNOT).

These vessels will be constructed at HHI’s Ulsan headquarters in the first half of 2019 and will be delivered beginning in June 2020.

The shuttle tankers will have a length of 279 metres, a width of 48 metres, and a height of 23.6 metres.
