d’Amico International Shipping receives Vietnamese product tanker

d’Amico International Shipping took delivery of a new 75,000DWT product tanker from Hyundai Vinashin shipyard in July.

The new ship, Cielo di Cagliari, has already been chartered by an oil major for the next 18 months, guaranteeing d’Amico revenue around US$10.5 million.

The ship is one of the six vessels ordered by d’Amico in Vietnam, which are 228 metres long and 36 metres wide.

d’Amico’s fleet currently comprises 58.5 double hull tankers including 27 owned vessels, 27.5 in time charter and four in bareboat charter.
