Ports of Stockholm to invest in new cruise ship quay at Frihamnen

Ports of Stockholm is set to invest €1.5 billion (US$1.83 billion) to create a new quay at Stockholm’s Frihamnen Port, doubling its existing capacity to accommodate cruise ships.

The quay will also be used for handling project cargo.

The company expects the new quay to be operational by the start of the 2023 cruise season.
