Construction nearly complete on VG Port’s Naantali cargo terminal

Construction is nearly completed on a new cargo handling and storage area to be operated by Finnish port company VG Port in Luonnonmaa, Naantali.

Two berths have been built in the area. One will be for cargo operations while the other will be for general purpose use such as laying up and maintenance of ships.

VG Port parent company Meriaura Group said that dredging work is still to be done during the summer though port operations will commence soon.
