Wisdom Marine adds 82,400DWT newbuild to fleet

Taiwan’s Wisdom Marine Group recently took delivery of a new Panamax bulk carrier from Japan Marine United (JMU).

The 82,400DWT Sakizaya Treasure is a near identical sister of Sakizaya Star, which was delivered by JMU in March of this year.

Sakizaya Treasure has an LOA of 229 metres, a beam of 32.26 metres, a draught of 14.5 metres, accommodations for 25 crew, and one MAN-B&W 6S60ME-EGRBP diesel engine that delivers a speed of 14.5 knots.
